Why Q Factor?

Q begins with founder Michelle Quadt’s name. It also nods to Q from James Bond, who turns technical possibility into something dependable in the field.

In engineering, Q factor describes how effectively a system sustains energy. The goal is enough coherence to sustain performance, but not so much that the system becomes narrowly tuned and loses responsiveness.

That balance reflects the work: building capabilities with enough discipline to endure and enough openness to connect, adapt, and scale.
